5.1 suerte99 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and other methods as may be listed on the Platform from time to time.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount at suerte99 is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are detailed in the Player's account settings.

6.1 Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Balance funds from their suerte99 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms limits suerte99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
